HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Free returns, no hassles!
We feel confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the need arises, you may return your unworn shoes within 30 days for a refund. Returns are easy at Ryka.com. Just follow these simple steps:
- Click here to start your online return and print your pre-paid postage label. Just enter your order number (you can find it on your packing slip or your order confirmation email) or email address and your zip code.
- Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box. Item(s) must be returned in the original shoe box.
- Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ryka.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?Ryka.com is unable to make exchanges. If you desire another size, style or color, simply follow our return instructions and visit Ryka.com to place a new order for the item(s) desired.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?Click here to track your order. Once your order ships, you will also receive an order shipping confirmation by email. Please allow up to 3 business days from the date of your order for tracking information to appear.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?To better service our customers, orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Therefore, we will be unable to cancel or modify your order, as we are unable to edit orders once they begin to process. Unworn items purchased on Ryka.com may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?We routinely perform audit checks to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. This may be why your order was cancelled. It is also possible that your order may have been cancelled if an item became unavailable after the order was placed. We must accept your order by 11:00 AM central time Monday through Friday in order for you to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day (PM). We do not deliver for Ryka.com on Saturdays, Sundays or on national and federal holidays. Ryka.com ships Monday through Friday only (excluding national and federal holidays) to addresses in the U.S. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
When you place an order on Ryka.com, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send another email with tracking information. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
2nd Day Air is required for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be charged normal 2nd Day Air shipping rates (as listed above) in addition to a fee of $5.50 per item ordered.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?As of January 1, 2015 we have sales tax nexus in all states and are required to collect sales tax nationwide where applicable. The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.
