Heavy shoes and terrible customer service
They are far heavier than my other Rykas!
And when I tried to return them your Website said they weren’t eligible for return, but they were! And after 15 minutes on hold your agent could only say that there was something wrong with the website and could only give me a mailing label for FedEx, over 10 miles away, while the post office and UPS are far closer to me.
All in all, a very unpleasant experience.
I will think twice before ordering Rykas again.

I love these shoes and they are incredibly comfortable on my wide front foot, with a cushy wonderful sole. But then, after only four or five wears, they ripped like this.

Another comfortable product
I own about 10 pairs of Ryka training shoes and love them! But, I wanted a pair of sneakers that didn't look athletic. Normally, I size up 1/2 size for my training shoes, but after reading reviews, I ordered my normal size in these casual sneakers. I'm so glad that I did! These sneaks fit very well, feel good and look nice on my feet. I only wish that Ryka would come out with newer designs more often.
